until you know what sells well - i'd do a real mixture of sponge cakes, carrot cake, chocolate cake and coffee cake and then mix your quantities in terms of popularity once you get a feel for what your customers want.0

Ok so these cakepops - how much would you pay? I'm going to do simple ones, coated in chocolate with edible glitter or sprinkles etc, probably just round. The only online prices I can find are american but they are all charging $2 for a round one, from $3 and up for the fancy ones!!! I was thinking 50p until I saw that, is that too cheap??0

I think about 75p for a cake popNothing Changes if Nothing Changes0

Yes but I used powder colour - chocolate goes horribly wrong if water is added so I wouldn't use normal food colouring (come to think of it I don't know if that applies to white chocolate or just proper chocolate). You could probably get away with using gel colours I'd have thought, but the powders were easy to use, just took a fair bit of stirring!
Thanks for the compliments both of you

Yeah I love those too - be a lot easier with candy melts though, you'd need a lot of colouring in chocolate to get it that strong!0
