Incorrect.
CGT gains on a later sale , wil apply to any increase in value of the asset (ie house) (minus your allowance)
from the time you acquire it..0 -
Okay - I was wrong. It is from sign over to sell date. However, am I correct in my assumption that it only affects me if I do go to sell it?
Also, if I decide to live in the property with her, this will change and CGT will no longer apply?0
