Also has anyone tried ecchinea (sp) it's a herbal immune type thing, you take it as you start to feel run down and it's supposed to help. I'm working two jobs to pay for everything and still scared I won't do it so I'm getting a bit stressed

I've taken echinacea but it's more to ward off or shorten the duration of colds. Though I guess if you avoid the red eyes and snotty nose you'll feel less stressed for that reason! There's mixed opinion scientifically and different people take it in different ways. Some swear 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off - I take it when I feel a cold coming on, if I'm generally run down, or if my kids have got colds and there's a higher chance I'll get it. It does seem to help to some extent but dont expect a miracle sure. I also tend to end up taking extra chocolate at the same time to be sure of feeling good :rotfl::rotfl:
