So i'm currently curled up on the couch with a stinking cold and a cold sore that takes up half my face!!! Its raining cats and dogs outside to top it all off!!!:eek::eek:
I thought i was doing ok with the stress levels but my body is obviously telling me otherwise and its only 5 1/2 weeks to go!!
Is anyone else suffering any adverse effects to wedding stress????

I'm getting married on Friday

Got a throat infection four weeks ago and I still have a slight sore throat first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Also having trouble sleeping.
Adrenaline seems to be taking over now though!0 -
Yeah I am! On my second day off some volunteering I'm doing this week! Horrific cold... and it's still 3 months away!
Keep getting butterflies too, and nightmares that it is time for the wedding and not everything is done!0 -
Terrible headaches, and pain in my glands. Its not even my wedding! hahahaha and its not until September!Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0

I just take multivitamins, drink lots of water every day.
I find that doing exercises involving kick boxing moves, punches etc help with stress!
And I always have at least half an hour of chill / non-thinking time every day.0 -
i'd recommend kalms daytime tablets to keep you chilled during the day and then herbal tablets from boots to help you sleep at night0

They actually take about 3 weeks to get into your system so yes, that's fine.:heart2: 'Tied the Knot' Saturday 9th October 2010 :heart2::blushing: Member of Diet Club October 2010 Brides and Grooms :blushing:Starting Weight: 14 stone 10.8lbsCurrent Weight: 13 stone 2lbsTotal loss: 21.8lbs :j0
