Tesco Breakdown

My car broke down recently and I had to call Tesco Breakdown for the first time.
Called the helpline number and the telephone was answered promptly. Details of the problem and my location were taken by a polite lady, and she told me the name of the company that would be sent out to assist within the hour. A few seconds after hanging up, I recieved a text message confirming the name of the breakdown company and that they would be there before 16.35.
5 minutes later, I got a telephone call from a garage double checking my location. The lady had given him the road name and direction of travel, but as he was local I was able to give him a more precise location by saying I was next to the footbridge over the road.
10 minutes later he arrived, realised the car couldn't be fixed so he took me to my local garage where the car was left. The man was friendly and chatty during the journey to the garage.
Can't fault the service and was really pleased with the response time :T
