Or is it a scam, on the website for Cross your fingers it says I have no wins against any of the numbers I input.

Your prize will be sent as a personal cheque. In order to send your cheque we need your full name and postal address.
Once we have this information, we will arrange despatch of your cheque by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature to confirm receipt. If you are unable to sign personally, for example, if you are not at home during the day, could you please provide an alternative address where you will be available to sign for it yourself?
For our records, could we also ask you to confirm which type of product you bought to enter the promotion and at which store you made your purchase.
Finally, we would like to feature a photo of you on the KIT KAT website showing your best 'Cross Your Fingers' pose.
