Hi.
I had my salary sacrifice of £243 credited into my Computershare Account. My employers cheque bounced and they then went into administration. Before i could react to move the credit to my childminder Computershare took it back out of my account.
Can they do this ? Should they not be chasing the adminstrator.
Many Thanks

It sounds like the money was never truly in your account, as the cheque did not clear.Gone ... or have I?0

It was definately in the account as someone else who used their award has had there balance put into a negative position.
Should I either
1. Pursue The Vouchers Agency
2. Pursue the administrator
3. Find the !!!!!! former Owner of the company and smash his fancy car up

Hi,
We have receieved this response from Computershare Voucher Service:
"We're sorry to hear that you've experienced difficulties with your childcare vouchers as a result of your employer's funds being rejected.
Computershare Voucher Services (CVS) receive notification from an employer's bank when their payment is rejected. This notification prompts us to stop the voucher. At this stage, if the voucher has been issued to the parent's online account but has not been redeemed by the carer, we are able to withdraw the funds from the account as we have not received payment for them. We advise that you contact the administrator about the money taken from your salary to pay for the childcare vouchers you didn't receive.
Many thanks,
The CVS Team"0
