Anyone used these guys for their business?
Just got an email from one (off UKBFs) and he said they get 3 energy companies to bid on the price they'll supply at.

not sure how legit they are?!

Why would you want to use an agent that only offers energy from 3 suppliers, when you could use a comparison site (such as energylinx) and get an instant comparison of all commercial energy providers prices
The guy said something about biding on the price of oil daily and constantly adjusting the cost of the energy.
Energy linx need to sort their site out, looks buggy.
Have you used their services?0 -

So he'll do you a deal today at bargain prices and then once you are tied up for a year or more in a contract, he'll up the price 'to reflect the constantly moving daily prices of oil'
There are other comparison sites that compare buisness tariffs - choose another one if you don't like energylinx site."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Hi M.Holloway - The supply of Gas/Elec on contract to businesses became such a scandal that Ofgem brought in rules in January this year - Google Ofgem and enter "microbusinesses" into the Search window in the top R/hand corner of the opening page for details.
The new rules have cleaned up some of the worst abuses, but not all.
Before you sign or agree to anything over the phone or at an interview insist you are given a hard copy of the contract, then study this closely, particularly the period of the contract and the procedures that must be followed to end it.
The above applies to all these contracts, no matter if they are offered by one of the the Big6 suppliers or a middleman agency.0 -
If you know whay you use go do the comparasion yourself. Do you think the broker works for nothing. Give yourself a couple of hours and ring round, always ask teach supplier the same questions. Make sure they have the same info.
You need your annual usage, how you want to pay, sort of meter and post code. They will give you a quote, ask them to hold it for 24 hrs and be prepared to sign for 12 months.
Always, always check what happens after 12 months.
Good luck0
