Care to explain your reasoning or are we just meant to accept your assertions?
PS IT'S RUDE TO SHOUT!
Because ....all that the government is doing at the moment is delivering empty negative rhetoric. They are not actually doing anything!
Since they came to power they have been totally negative which will effect confidence - people will stop buying "stuff" and houses - (house prices will fall 'cos all they're doing is scaring people) - the banks will consequently struggle.... and for what ? - they haven't actually done anything. Nor do they seem to have no idea at all about what they are trying to do.
What a disaster. Glad I never voted for them:cool:.
The Tories never could run an economy. If you keep doing what you've always done - you will keep getting what you've always got.0 -
i'm not sure they're not doing anything because they haven't had enough time but they are very good at negative rhetoric. look at DC's speech yesterday.....all that the government is doing at the moment is delivering empty negative rhetoric. They are not actually doing anything!0 -

Well there's a budget in a fortnight, the second in a year which is in itself highly unusual. I'm not sure what you expect from them really.
I think this is just trolling frankly.0 -
Negative or realistic that people don't want to believe? As for not doing anything - how long does it take to sort out that amount of debt and how to repay it?Because ....all that the government is doing at the moment is delivering empty negative rhetoric. They are not actually doing anything!30th June 2021 completely debt free…. Downsized, reduced working hours and living the dream.0 -

oh dear - reduced to name calling how sad
and you said shouting was rude.
This is from the economics editor of the Daily Telegraph.Cameron is wrong: the public finances are better than we thought
So why does Cameron feel it necessary to use scare tactics instead? One presumes it’s because he’s aware of the political difficulty of imposing those cuts. Canada may have done pretty well in cutting its spending, but the process was extremely gruelling. Perhaps Cameron is still haunted by Mervyn King’s reported warning that the austerity that the election-winner would have to impose could make them so unpopular that they would ultimately find themselves ejected from power. But whatever his rationale, he has no excuse for misrepresenting economic reality.

The coalition is playing a very dangerous game imho.If you keep doing what you've always done - you will keep getting what you've always got.0 -

Not really name. If you don't want to be accused of trolling then don't act like a troll.
You posted nothing of substance in 3 posts but looking for responses. That's trolling I reckon.
Anyway, nice putting you back in your box. Goodnight!:rotfl:0 -
lolI think Laura is either hamish's, chucky's or nollag's alter ego.
just because people have a different view to you it doesn't mean they're all the same person.
is this your usual tactic where someone makes points again the coalition govt and you get all nervous and try to distract the actual point that they were making?
i think it is... is it because you can't reply to the comments that Laura raised about the coalition talking down the economy in the article she posted...0
