RTA is not used now ,RTC is correct, because of legal implications ,but you would know that all ready

When I am putting a tin of baked beans into my basket ,I expect to be safe, and If I am injured some-one is to blame ,how else would the injury have occurred ,I was not to blame why should I be in pain and have my life distrupted,no one can compensate me for my health my most precious possession.I would choose to remain healthy and never visit the store.
Accidents are accidents ,but some-one is always to blame, and I expect the store to protect me,so forget the compensation ,no one can compensate me for my health it is priceless
I hope she gets better soon ,well that has certainly helped her through her pain --thank-you

You say someone is always to blame, couldnt the person to blame, be yourself, that certainly used to be the case when I was younger. Why is it we need all this protection (your words) these days. I believe we all have a duty of care to ourselves and should take some responsibility.

I do still hope the lady in question does get and feel better soon
