NPM (((hugs))) once you know they have landed try and enjoy some time to yourself.
The rain has stopped here, thankfully.
I didn't sleep very well last night. I didn't mention in my posts yesterday but as you may have seen in the news the ex Stereophonics drummer Stuart Cable passed away. In my mis-spent youth I spent quite a bit of time with the band just before they got famous as I knew someone who knew the band. I used to go to all their tiny gigs in pubs etc, and hang out with the band after. He was such a lovely guy and it's so sad that he has gone. I hadn't seen him in a few years other than bumping into him in Tesco once. He always had time to speak to fans too.

Thanks for the info. I saw tons on my Facebook wall yesterday about this Stuart Cable and wondered who the heck he was. What Would Bill Buchanan Do?0 -

Morning all,
It turned out a lovely, sunny day here and I had forecasted rain. Goes to show I shouldn't take the weather report seriously. Worked on the fence this morning until DH went to the dentist. Cost $170 for 1 filling. Unbelievable. DD home today with the flu so she's been hanging around sniffing and coughing over the place.
Caught up with Mt Ironing this arv. I made a pumpkin quiche for tea & had some fried rice with it. Very nice it was too.
We've been invited to a party in July. You have to dress up as your favourite actor/actress. It will be outside and at night so freezing cold. Oh well I suppose I'll think of something. I don't want to buy anything.
Ruby Did you plant them all in a row?
Candygirl Lucky you.
Emma Elderflower cordial is easy to make & very refreshing when it's hot. I planted one in our yard. Needs heaps of water which we lack at times so not doing the best.
taplady Hope the meds help DH.
Hope you all have a lovely day. Hugs to those that need them & welcome to any new posters. ByeeeeeeeeeeeeeDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.
