Onbidder not working??

Does anyone use Onbidder? Despite updating it and numberous email, it still refuses to recognise the new longer format of eBay item numbers.Does anyone know a fix?many thanksTT

I have written to them a couple of times. I think it is time they refunded our money. I don't use it very often but its been down for months now!

I just did and at least I feel better. I might have lost £20 by buying the cr*p but maybe they will lose more now. :rotfl:
