Recommend and i5 motherboard

I'm after an i5 motherboard, but my google-fu is not giving me much to go on.
I only really want to be able to do some slight over clocking (ie from within windows like some Asus (?) boards allow), and will only fit one card (passive cooled graphics).
No real need for RAID, but would like fast SATA, and four memory slots (but six if possible) and ideally USB3
It must be full sized, not mico.
I'm also keen on some low power usage - again IIRC some of the Asus boards are quite good for this
Any recommendations, or good websites which show comparisons?
I don't want to spend more than £110

Gigabyte boards seem to have a good reputation at the moment (I'm using a Core i5-750 on Gigabyte P55M-UD2 now) and had no problems with it. I'd probably go for this which I think ticks most of the boxes - http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Motherboards/Intel+Socket+1156/Gigabyte+GA-P55A-UD3+Intel+P55A+%28Socket+1156%29+DDR3+PCI-Express+Motherboard+?productId=38607
Six memory slots only seems to be on the most expensive boards (closer to £200), e.g. the Gigabyte P55A-UD6.0
