Issue with Tesco online Shop

Tried to purchase a bike online from Tesco Direct and couldn't get past the checkout unless I had a clubcard or registered for one..they just lost a sale because IMO they infringed my privacy rights by forcing me to register for their useless cards and signing up to email services I cannot opt out of. A letter of complaint has gone to Tesco and I will get a bike elsewhere:mad:

At least at ASDA don't have this sort of ridiculous registration issue went straight through without a problem:cool:

I will be boycotting Tesco's online shop from now on:mad:

Am I missing something here. Tesco do not force you to have a clubcard to purchase from their site. I suggest you check again. And since when is it an infringemnt of privacy!
