Just looking for your advice/opinions please!

Hi guys,

recently I have taken control of my finances and decided to set up monthly payments to all the companies I have payday loans with in order to get them all paid off bit by bit, starting this month.

What I didnt realise was that for some reason (which i have yet to clarify) the payments dont seem to have gone through. Today Cash Genie Collections called my landline and asked for me. My mum answered and said I wasnt home. The guy on the phone asked "is that her mother" my mum answered yes and he said he would like to leave a message for me. He told my mum that I had a payment set up that hand't gone through and he wants to speak to me before legal action is taken. Maybe I'm over reacting but I think he is way out of line. No attepmt had been made to contact me on my mobile or email me regarding this matter, and I'm pretty peeved that he divulged that information to my mum to be honest. What do you think - have I any right to be a bit angry about this?

Also, the only payay loan that I haven't sorted yet is my Wonga loan. I owe them quite a bit and would like to pay them back £100 a month, but in all honesty I'm afraid to ask if I can set up a payment plan incase they refuse and try to take all the money I owe them either now or on payday! I know i pre-authorised all the payments etc whne i signed the contract and so i know cancelling my card wont work. I am just in financial difficulty and was wondering had anyone else succesfully managed to set up a payment plan etc with them?
