DSR for "dispatch time..."

I have noticed that my DSR for dispatch time are slowly going from 4.9 to 4.7. I was trying to work out why, when I send everything either the same day or the next day.
I then relaised that recently I have been selling some larger items that require Couriers and this could be the reason for my falling DSR for dispatch time.
Which is annoying as the item is dispatched within 24 hours. It just sometimes takes upto 5 days to get to the buyer and I'm assuming that that are marking the DSR quite low due to the DELIVERY time scale, rather than DISPATCH...

I sometimes cant understand some of the dsr that are received.
I post everyday apart from Saturday, and if a buyer pays by 12 oclock they are posted the same day,
my private account dsr is 4.77 and business 4.83 for dispatch
for P&p charges my business is 4.78 but I do free P&P
privat account where postage is charged is 4.85, weird;)0 -
Although it is clearly marked and described as "dispatch" time, the majority of people look at it as "delivery" time.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

It is sometimes diffucult to do the DSRs for despatch time - sometimes the date of despatch is either not printed or illegible - I try to be generous with the DSRs if things arrive in good time! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

It's because the thick are breeding more than the rest. More thick people, which suits our masters to a t.0

I have to say though that it is your choice who you courier with.
I wouldn't mark down for a seller who stated they post via HDNL or one of their subs (probably wouldn't have the chance to as I'd go elsewhere!) but someone who uses sellers standard rate or other courier, well sorry, but I'd mark down.
If you don't already it might be an idea to put which courier you are using and a average time of delivery after dispatch. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.
