Acer laptop broken 5 days out of warranty

hi everyone

this is a tricky one for you! i had a replacement laptop supplied by my home insurance exactly 370 days ago (may 31st). It has been in for repair in Feb when the power kept failing (they sent new powerpack said laptop was fine). the thing has now failed completely!! just out of warranty! ive spoken to Acer and they dont care and want to charge for repair etc. My insurance company (who supplied the laptop) dont care either.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP AND ADVISE

    Well you can get replacement power pack for not allot. As to where you stand under sogo I've not got a clue.
