I have noticed this week that there is an accumulation of water under the baskets at the bottom of the fridge... never seen this before... There is condensation on the back of the fridge and I am presuming this is where it is coming from..
its a combined fridge freezer and about 2 years old.... any advice on what to check for would be good
Thanks : )

Is there something wedged in the drain hole at the back?
Mine does that if it defrosts itself and the drain hole is covered. Sometimes an item has been accidentally pushed over it, othertimes you have to pull a plastic thing out and wipe the gunk off it!Here I go again on my own....0 -
there is normally a ledge at the back of the fridge (inside), that catches any water dropping off the cooling plate. This takes the water down a tube to near the moter to evaporate. If it gets blocked, the water has no where to go. Have a look and see if this hole has 'gunked up' and clean it out.go on, adopt a greyhound
