Lloyds TSB account opening

Hi all,

I applied yesterday online for a Lloyds TSB Classic account and was wondering if anyone had any experience on how long these things take to get processed?

Thanks,

When I applied for mine online, a few months ago, I received an instant acknowledgement (online or e-mail, can't remember which!) that the account was approved.
It took less than a week to receive everything through the post, welcome letter, debit card, cheque book etc..
Fortunately my i/d must have been verifiable electronically so no need to visit branch with documentation. It may take longer if identity has to be checked manually?

About two weeks depending on what they need; driving licence, passport etc...

Once approved, they are very quick.
