Hi,
A house I have just bough has some damaged pointing. Anyone able to give me a rough cost per square meter or something to get this fixed?
Or someone had pointing replaces knows how much it cost?
Cheers Dave

A m2 rate would only be relevent if you were having a whole elevation done. In which case between £25 and £35 m2.
If you just have a small area or patches here and there, then you should expect to pay something equivalent to half or a full day rate eg £75/£1500 -
nice one cheers.0
