Email Provider/Addresses

Hi

Can anyone help me.

I have had to cancel my virginmedia subscription and so they have cancelled my ntlworld.com email address.

I haven't had the chance to tell most people that my email address no longer works, but hey ho. Is there anyway I can pick up any new emails that came in?

And secondly I now need a new email address. Outlook will not allow a Hotmail account to download into the inbox - it all goes to a separate box

What/who are the best email people????

This is the classic example why one should NEVER EVER use one's ISP email address. Always us an independent Email provider. I don't wanna know how many people are "stuck" with their current ISP and pay a fortune for Internet.

if you want to never have trouble with email , buy a domain ,[I have used 123reg.co.uk for 7 years ] have a 4 letter domain ,example
mike .co.uk so email can be dozens of addresses going to mail at mike .co.uk ,then redirected to my gmail a/c mike at gmail.com
sound complicated but is not , have done it for my daughters ,so if they change bb supplier it does not affect email ,I just re route it to new supplier ,and gmail is great for storage ect.

    GMX are ok(ish)

Only problem with them is that they limit the number of mails you can send (10 per hour I think), which if you enter lots email competitions sometimes, or have a need to send a "bulk" email, it isn't ideal.
