car insurance -cancel in 14 days

Does anyone know of any car insurance companies that will allow the insurance to be cancelled within 14 days and not be charged?

    I could do with a policy like that too, only need 26 companies to get through a year for free!!

    Two I know of are Direct Line, Prudential, (they give a full refund of premium less admin charge).
