need help with talk talk

just had talk talk phone line and broadband after six weeks still not received my new replacement router as the one they sent me was not working i have been phoning them every day just keep getting told that it will be here on this day but then it does not turn up i cant face calling them again because i get so angry with them it puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day anybody know number or contact for someone higher than customer service so i can get it issue sorted any help would be very greatfull thankyou

Write to them (at least, email) stating that the router was an inducement for you to take out the broadband and without it, you cannot use the broadband.
You expect a refund of the broadband fees paid so far and up until the router arrives (assuming you have to pay for the broadband)
Set out all the unkept promises by date in order and then go on to ask when you might reasonably expect it, or perhaps offer to go and buy your own one and ask if Talk Talk would like to reimburse you by crediting your account with, say, £50 in advance, for you to do so.
