Tax Credits Renewal Pack

I've been I'm trying to find out when I will get my renewals pack, and have been trying for over a week to get through to the helpline only to get a recorded message each time saying they are very busy and call back later. Anyone know the answer, or know when a "good" time to get through is?

I'm also waiting for my renewal pack - thought I was the only person who had not received theirs! I have also been trying to phone them and have been unable to get through and I have tried at different times during the day!

Still waiting for mine as well.
Phoned them yesterday and was told the system shows they've still not been sent out.
Was told to phone again at the end of the month and if the system still shows they haven't been sent, they will send a trigger on the system to show to has been missed!

Why they can't send a trigger now, I don't know?

We no longer claim WTC as we're on ESA IB benefits, but still have a large potential underpayment that would help us clear some debts.

We have already given our P45 / P60 figures along with ESA CB figures, which we telephoned through when we got them, hence we recieved the potential underpayment award notice.

It's just so fustrating that we can't give them any more information then they already have. I even offered to send them our P45 / P60 and ESA award notice as proof, but nope....just told to sit and wait for the renewal pack

    Anyone else still waiting?

Hi , try this number for tax credits 01355359007 . I got this number from the "saynoto0870" website so if you want you can look on there to verify.

This number is for the national tc office and SOMETIMES (but not very ofter) the phone will be answered by an advisor who will tell you that you have to ring the usual 0845 number.

Most of the time though the advisor will be ok. I and many others on this site have successfully used this number for our tc renewal.
