My 2 year old niece got Swine Flu and then pnemonia afterwards, she ended up having to go on 3 courses of antibiotics and subsquently all her hair fell out!
A nutrionalist suggested incoporating brewers yeast and blackstrap molasses into her diet - her hair grew back over the course of 6 months.
Both of these taste fairly vile but you can get used to them - brewers yeast sprinkled on greek yoghurt with honey, or as my daughter eats it - sprinkled over hot popcorn. Molasses spread on toast.No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!0 -
