My DS took his ipod canoeing, it was in a dry bag, but got wet - I did tell him to double bag, but he is 17!!!

Apple don't want to know, but does anyone know anyone reliable who repairs wet ipods?

I had similar and put it in the airing cupboard for a few nights. It worked for me, so good luck.

airing cupboard with some rice and or silica (the little packs you get in shoe boxes) as the former make the conditions hot and dry and the latter draws out moisture. Give it a week in a bowl or the rice and then try it, if its not working try a few more days, after that its caput:)
