Just to clarify some of the rules..........
You get 15 transfers to use during the Group Stages (11 to 25 June)
You get another 15 transfers to use during the Knockout Stages (26 June to 12 July)
You CANNOT carry transfers over from Group Stages.
During Group Stages you are allowed 2 players from 1 Country
During 2nd Round and 1/4 Finals you are allowed 3 players from 1 Country
During Semi-Finals and The Final you are allowed 4 players from 1 Country
During all knockouts Stages, points are worth double
