    but dont you think NZ's qualifying should have been made a bit tougher?
    its ludicrous that Aussies were allowed to go and join the Asian qualifying groups.

    HUGE moment for the Kiwi's...good start to the World Cup for them. Hopefully there are tons more goals in the rest of the day's football!!!

    I've been playing this daily world cup quiz on triviala. If you do well enough, answering most of the questions right, then it enters you into a lottery that gives away a free International shirt of your choice every week.

    I don't usually pay attention to these lotteries and what have you, but I used to play on Triviala quite a bit last year, and the games have gotten better!

    They played 8 easy matches, and even managed to lose to Fiji 2-0 on the way :eek: :rotfl:

    When you think the likes of Russia, Czech, Croatia, Sweden, Norway or Colombia (18 qualifying matches) aren't even here, after playing many many difficult games, it all seems a bit wrong !

    When you think of the likes of Fiji are not in the World Cup when they beat the team that got an easy point against the team that kept the Czech Republic, Russians, Croatians et al out of the finals....
