a little help

hi all i have 2 credit cards with a bit of debt on both, one is from lloyds a platinum mastercard, and the other is from mbna. Would it be possible to clear the balance on the mbna card with the lloyds card then get a different card to balance transfer 0% for 12 month? is there any rules I should be aware of?

Hope you can help

Regards.

Jeff
