I sent off my LBA to them 2 weeks ago yesterday, so if I've heard nothing by next Tuesday then it's off to moneyclaim I go!

Yeah it was. I had got as far as filling in my court allocation questionaire. It couldn't have been far from a hearing. They offered me £600 last Wednesday but sent them a reply saying they have 7 days to pay me in full or I'll see them in court!

There is no mention of it in the letter and the only ones I've heard that do that are Alliance & Leicester! Fingers crossed though!
