    Well done - it was Nat West wasn't it?
    I sent off my LBA to them 2 weeks ago yesterday, so if I've heard nothing by next Tuesday then it's off to moneyclaim I go!
    Had you got as far as this or did they settle after your LBA?
    DMP starts June 2012, £38,180.

    Yeah it was. I had got as far as filling in my court allocation questionaire. It couldn't have been far from a hearing. They offered me £600 last Wednesday but sent them a reply saying they have 7 days to pay me in full or I'll see them in court! :p :rotfl:

    There is no mention of it in the letter and the only ones I've heard that do that are Alliance & Leicester! Fingers crossed though! ;)
