Tax Credits Query

Hello,
I noticed today that my tax credits had gone down from £127 to £85. It seems this is because i have yet to send in my renewal claim pack.
My issue is that i tried the calculator and it is coming out with that i should receive £57.80 per week.
My circumstances having changed much. I earned £14500 08-09 and now 15813 09-10.
I entered my old details in the calculator and even this came out at around £65 instead of the £127 i have been getting. I'm now quite worried that i have been overpaid somehow?!
Can anyone shed any light on why i would get £127 on 14500 p/a?
1 child 3 years old, no childcare costs either, partner not on any benefits at all.
Thanks,
Rick.

You would need to check your previous award notices and see how your award was made up and what income your claim was based on in
2009/2010 to result in you getting £127.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
