Audi Valet Left Massive Stain on Leather Seat

Had Audi A4 valeted last week by Audi dealer and it came back to the house. It is only when I took a look on my next drive I noticed the cream leather passenger seat has a massive stain and it looks like burning. Clearly something has been used on it that has reacted. It is so easily noticeable and was 110% not there before they took the car. Having spoken to them on the phone they denied it was them but said bring it in this week so the person who was in charge of the valeting can see it.

Where do I stand folks as I know this was done by them and some chemical........

Secondly it appears someone has scraped a wall or post on the back bumper and again this was not there before they had it. This was not mentioned on the phone as was not noticed until daylight the next day and is it too late to mention that to them tomorrow morning ?

Any advice much appreciated.

Go and see the service manager. They let some idiot loose on mine with what could only have been a metal scouring pad - all the front end, roof and mirror housings were scratched.

Went to see the manager and he took the car back for a day and had it all polished out.

Thanks for that, we will go and see Service Manager tomorrow morning but he already said on phone he checked with his staff and it was none of them. You kind of know what response you are going to get.

If he does not own up, tell him you will be complaining to Audi. That should get his attention.
