Tax rebate and housing benifit??

Hi guys I have been on the wrong tax code since oct 09 and spoke to the tax office. The said it would be sorted by the end of this month and il get the tax i have overpaid this tax year back on my wages this month. Im currently claiming housing benifit as im on a low income and i was wondering if the tax rebate will affect my housing benifit entitlement? Hope someone can help thanks
