i dont have enough ucas points to be applying for some of the jobs i've been applying to, so i was searching around for some distance learning a levels or something that i can do to boost my points. i dont know whether anybody has already posted this, but i came across the ICS learn site - i know, the one with the annoying tv adverts - but at the moment they have a sale on gcses and a levels, so maybe it's worth taking a look at if you fancy just having something extra on your cv. 149 quid for a 349 quid course is a bargain! :money:

of course, that's only for materials and tutor support, so you need to be wary when you set up the exams because centres can cost a lot. i got burnt last year when i did an extra gcse with a different company - oxford open learning or something. the materials weren't so hot for that though, lots of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors which was quite irritating.
