Studio catalogue

Hi there,
I need help with the studio catalogue. I ordered a dsi case for my sons birthday from them, it was recieved well over a week ago and they have sent me the wrong one. Its a similar item with the same characters on but its for a ds and not dsi. I have checked and double checked and its definately not the one i ordered.
I have emailed them and told them of the mistake to which they replied they have forwarded my email to the relevant department and i will hear back after 7 days, its now 8 days and i have had to email again.
What can i do about it? I know its not an expensive item its the fact they have sent me the wrong one, thats not my fault.
I will have to buy one now as they havent got back to me and its for my sons birthday on wednesday

Is it 7 days or 7 working days? It might make a difference. If you need one asap it might be better to just go to game/gamestation or possibly argos to pick one up then just send the other one back to get a refund.:hello: Hiya, I'm single mom, avid moneysaver and freecycler, sometimes :huh: but definatly
