Anyone used Cyber Checkout?

I bought a tent from Cyber Checkout because of their decent prices and customer satisfaction policy. I was a bit concerned about the quality of said tent, but when I got it (a day after I ordered, which was really good) it was the wrong tent. I paid £69.99 for a large 4 person tent, and they've sent me a much smaller 4 person tent, less than half the price of what I paid. I was hoping this was all just an innocent mistake and the packer had got mixed up, but since then I have found one less than favourable review-typical I find it now!- saying that they intentionally sell you an alternative product hoping you won't notice, and their customer service is lousy.
As I was paying a fair bit I bought the tent from their eBay shop rather than their website so I had buyer protection, but I'll be pretty cheesed off it I have to pay to return a tent when it was their mistake, not mine, if they won't cooperate. I have sent them a polite message informing them or their mistake and asking when I can expect collection and replacement of the tent, but no response yet. Would appreciate it if anyone whose had experiences with them could share them so I know what to expect.
Cheers!

Thanks for this, I was hoping for a positive comment as I did look at reviews before buying and they were full of praise. I hope the tent I bought is equally good- my old one collapsed on me whilst I was in it :rotfl:
They have since got back to me to apologise and arrange redelivery and collect the wrong tent. I'd be miffed if I'd bought it last minute but as I've given myself lots of time, I shall remain happy (as long as they turn up as promised of course!)
I was so worried when I saw that scathing review, but then again more people write a review to complain than they do to praise.0
