Ohhhh sorry Kayleigh - your post wasn't there when I started.....thanks to whoever merged threads :D

Gorgeous morning, had a lovely walk but needed to get back for someone to come sort out DH's wheels....got a bit of a whiney noise that shouldn't be there....great service though as they'll be here after 1pm to sort it - if it needs taking away they'll have a replacement with them so we don't need to be without.

Snaggs - So nice to hear you so happy, hope it all goes well when you meet.....I think I'd be saying "sod it" to the ex situation and meeting anyway. Does he have kids?

Sally - Popped the seeds in the post this morning - sorry they didn't go sooner - one of those weekends.

Sounds lovely Snags, bet you can't wait to meet him face to face! Am I right in thinking you're in Leeds? If so, can I pick your brain please?

Yes, I am, and of course you may, although I am not from Leeds originally, so don't know it very well.

    Thank yooouuuu! :)

No, there are no kids involved. I know it sounds silly but it feels like it could maybe be a forever kind of thing :o so we just want to take our time and do things properly. I think if I insisted on meeting him now, he would do, and if he insisted, I probably would, but I don't think it would feel right to either of us.

I have known him since before the split. I didn't cause it :o, but I don't want people to think that I did, or that he left her for me. So it's a joint decision to wait a little while.

    hi all, head change time.

STILL no news on the job and my colleague's heard nothing either - how unprofessional is that?

Teaching re-starts tonight for 5 weeks, really, really not looking forward to it.

    Ta Bun.

We're both sat here watching Sleeping with the Enemy - it was our first date 19 years ago. Not the most romantic of films to choose :rotfl:
