Paypal, vouchers & benefits

Might be the daftest question ever to appear on this board, but I have some cash in Paypal, and about £100 in Amazon vouchers. Should these be declared when claiming JSA?.

In theory, as they are assets they should be declared. Would they take you over the £6,000 lower capital limit?
    Gone ... or have I?

Are they earnings from buying something and reselling at a profit? If yes, then it would be classed as income. Or, is it stuff you've had around the house and sold on as used goods - ie outgrown kids clothes, no longer played with toys etc.?

The vouchers were earned from doing surveys, as for the Paypal query, I occassionally sell the odd item I no longer need via eBay, but tend to leave the money sitting in my Pp account for future purchases.

As for JSA, I'm on contribution based JSA (but can't for the life of me think why I'm getting anything as I'm still under PILON).
