Hi Guys,
I am hoping someone can help me. Got Sumvision Cyclone MKV Enclosure 1TB last week and all was going great. Everything I threw at it was playing great, Media was streamed via my pc, and also NAS worked a treat.
The interface was basic and pretty dull to be honest, so I decided to install the following update "cyclonemkvE_V1_EU4_Newinterface+EU3 updates" from the Sumvision website.
It seemed to upgrade successfully so I then tried to upgrade the firmware containing youtube again from Sumvision website "cyclonemkvE_v1_eu1_tube".
It claimed that upgrade was successful however it then appeared to be rebooting and has not came back on since. The blue power light has remained on throughout.
I have tried to pull the power supply out and reboot that way, when I plug power back the blue light comes on instantly and stays on but does not reboot. I have also tried pushing power button then connecting power supply with usb stick to try and reboot from that.
Please help as I have transferred a lot of files across to the HDD and I would hate to lose the lot.
I am hoping it is not "bricked" as it appears to be a great machine.
Many thanks in advance.
