Carpet Insurance, we didnt ask for it!

Thanks for all the advice here, Ive now been told that its not really a warranty for any carpet anyway, and to destroy the certificate as I would not be able to claim on it. It was just a way of rounding off the quote on their computer system, and it was the only way they could do it, thats why its for an odd amount of meters of carpet.
Im hitting a brick wall here, what with this and the ongoing saga of trying to get sky TV and Phone for my mum, and the 'delivery' of broken furniture from Tesco today, Ive not even had time to visit my mum in hospital. She may not have a wardrobe, phoneline or a sky dish when shes discharged, but at least she will have some carpet to walk on!!!
Personally Ive run out of steam, they have all won, I give up, Ive had it:(.
I'll just have to remember that we agreed the price we did. If they had not sent me the certificate of insurance i would be none the wiser anyway.0
