decent photo editing software?

Hi Guys

Just wondered if any of you know of any decent and relatively easy to use photo editing software?

if I could download it free of charge, that would be a bonus!! :money:

    GIMP is more powerful, Paint.net is easier to get started with. Both are free.

    there's also irfanview

    I think gimp is recognised as being the most comprehensive free one

    GIMP every time. It may not be as powerful as Photoshop but it's only really professionals who would use the highest end features.
