By doing the lists start off just doing level 1, and work up from there. And don;t try and follow the thread, and the lists - there aren't enough hours in the day :rotfl:

Thursday - Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Level One
Clean floors in these rooms
Air the room.. fling open the windows and let in the summery air!! I don't care if it is 13' below and snowing!!! lol

Morning all. Am beginning to think that working full time, marking for two exams at once and having two small children may be excessive. Hardly have time to draw breath.

Monday ~ Kitchen and dining room!
Level One
Clear and wipe work surfaces
Sweep and mop the floor

[STRIKE]Clean the oven and hob
Wipe the units and appliances
Clear and wipe table, replace cloth if necessary[/STRIKE]
Level Three
HHI
[STRIKE]Wipe out the fridge.. meal plan for June!
Scrub the sink and tiles[/STRIKE][/STRIKE]



[STRIKE]Extras[STRIKE]dust and deweb.. make sure you do any blinds/lightshades too!
Sort through a cupboard.. Only put back what you will use..freecycle or fling anything else![/STRIKE]
[/STRIKE]Tuesday ~ Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 1
Vacuum floors and sofas
[STRIKE]Wipe over sticky sofas.[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Level 2
[STRIKE]Dusting, even if around everything [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe [/STRIKE][/STRIKE]

Level 3
Wipe paintworks and any grubby marks off walls etc
[STRIKE]Clean any fluffy electricals and defluff behind the radiators![/STRIKE]


Extras

1. clear a hotspot or 3! - Boxes in hall need sorting, [STRIKE]box on landing needs sorting,[/STRIKE] box in back room needs sorting

Clean light shades/fittings and lamps[/STRIKE]

Wednesday ~ Bedroom & Landing
Level One
[STRIKE]Open the window and air the room[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Strip off smelly bedding and sling it in the wash.. replace well before edtime![/STRIKE]
Level Two
[STRIKE]Vacuum the mattress and air the duvet
Put the floordrobe in the wardrobe[/STRIKE]
Find 10 things to get rid of!..
Level Three
[STRIKE]Vacuum the landing [/STRIKE]and bedroom.. starting at the bottom of the stairs!!!!
Remove anything that should be elsewhere..
Remove some dust bunnies and wipe over the light shades

Office floor to hoover

[STRIKE]Clean baths/shower, toilets, don't forget under the rim! and sinks[/STRIKE]
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Level Three
[STRIKE]Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc whatever needs cleaning.
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.[/STRIKE]

[STRIKE]Collect any stray laundry from upstairs. [/STRIKE]

Morning everyone.

Just decluttering my cuppa then will make a start before I go out to meet DD. At least its not raining but there is time yet. Then got a reiki session this afternoon. Seeing Im sitting at the computer desk I will start with this.

In my first HHC, I've tidied my bedroom, and a bit of dot-to-dotting Going to start in the kitchen now.

flicking round tv channels to accompany my 9am cuppa I came across a sky programme where they send in celebrities parents to help teach those with no skills how to do old fashioned stuff!

i nearly fell off my sofa in surpise when i realised the programme was filmed in York and involved someone whose daughter went to primary school with DD2! so I'm recording it so that DD2 can see it when she comes back from the French listening exam!

celebrity parents involved in this show are Jeremy Clarkson's mum and Vinnie Jones' dad!
