    Out of interest how good is the CAB? Should I take it as golden or 50/50

    I don't have direct knowledge of the Birmingham bureaux so can't really comment but through my experience of other CABx I certainly wouldn't expect that they are anything less than fully competent (all CABx have access to great training and specialist advisers either inhouse or second tier). I would also say that Birmingham Tribunal Unit are another great asset to Birmingham's citizens and you are lucky to have them.
