Win one of 1000 Glam Shine Reflexion Lip Glosses - Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoters employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the prize draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries must be via the official entry form. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw.
4. Proof of sending cannot be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Incomplete, illegal or misdirected entries will not be accepted.
5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. Entries must be received on or before 23rd August 2010 The promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
7. 1000 winning entries will be drawn at random on 6th September 2010. Each winner will receive one Glam Shine Reflexion Lip Gloss each.
8. The 1000 winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw date.
9. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of the Lip Gloss.
10. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
13. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
14. The name of the winner will be available by sending an S.A.E. to L'Or!al (UK) Limited, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 6 weeks of the draw date.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
16. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
17. Entrants must read and accept the website terms and conditions and privacy policy to be eligible.
18. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.

Does anyone else have problems with the L'oreal site? It often throws up a blank page when I try to enter their competitions.
