Bit daft but does anyone have a camcorder they can at least record some evidence on?Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

OP is probably best not doing that, if its used in evidence neighbour would know where the complaint has come from. I'm sure Social Services would want OP to remain anonymous anyway.0 -
True and I suppose there are plenty of witnesses that heard it. Just thought that neighbour may deny it, cover up anything that has happened, ensure any further incidents are done silently.
SS in our area dealt with a complaint from a doctor by ringing the family. The father said all was well and SS said they would cross them off their list.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
