Just checking in....didn't emerge till 7am :eek:...Ma's tantrums are for the time being over :T..I've put in boundaries and am trying to be kind but firm..NO MORE 4.45AM TEXTS dear Mother when I have a raging infection and done lots of two hour bus journeys that week...

Am hyper on coffee...meant to crochet before going out but think it's time to go out and get giro monies and pay some bills :P...have already given £220 to the bank (alas following FF OD is going to take another month to pay off :xmassign:)
This afternoon is food shop and someone has no menu plan...any ideas for challenging food this week? I think even some meals of meat, veg and carbs would be good and make a meat loaf on Sat and do some baking :j (dang this means buying eggs today..eggs are scary but maybe would be a good challenge) and maybe have some salads cos it's hot? (like stuff with tuna and potatoes or chicken and potatoes/pasta)...any ideas most welcome. Have to be cheap and incorporate all three food groups. Scary food = pasta; cheese; eggs....if I get two of those down me this week and the rest of this para I'll be doing well:)
Congrats on whoever lost another 1lb this week..I was bad and did the weighing ritual this am but it was ok (but then it's still below 60kg and I can't bath due to leg - not particularly challenging really)...
