I did read about your achievement but I got distracted by the troll that has been making our niddy's life miserable so I forgot to post a congratulatory message - sorry m'dear being minus 4lbs is such a fantastic achievement, I'm proud of you!

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:sorry Spoon, "hud ma wheesht" literally means to "hold your quiet" or "to hold one's tongue" if that makes more sense (it's a Scottish phrase, I was telling myself to shut up!!!)

I'll ask Cheryl tomorrow morning as i need sleep now, I'l be on here first to remind myself before jumping across to NSD!

i think all of us who have been helped by niddy me included owe sooo much to him and i hope he will come back
mrs niddy if you do read on here tell him we are all missing him and to just ignore not even a handful of people
who are probally jealous of how popular he actually is
