    Handy have you tried booting up in "safe mode"with network support,
    I think you press the F8 key when you start your comp
    and then run/ download them other programs

    :D that's what we call it in my house because when i was a little girl i asked my mum why the Wombles (of Wimbledon common) weren't playing tennis and my mum said that the competition on TV was only for humans but at night the Wombles play their own tennis competition!

    i think part of me still believes that! :o
