    :T:T:T well done :T:T:T
Is module 2 the excel thingy,

Nope it's still really IT basics....the first module (syllabus 5 - windows 2003) was multiple guess. This was a combo of multi guess and practical...just basic stuff... Module 3 is word....don't know about after that. Just gutted they're scrapping the E-type course...anyone know anywhere NE scotland I can get the e-type course cheap/free?

No, Erme, the preventer is another inhaler which is used morning and night to stop attacks happening - normally brown/beige to differentiate (?) it from ventolin (blue). I actually use Symbicort which I use as a preventer and also as & when I need it - it does both jobs.

I get steroids when my inhalers can't clear the wheezing/coughing, and they work very quickly - Prednisalone normally

Make sure that you are using your inhaler properly, deep breath in and out, then puff of inhaler as you breath in again, keeping lips tightly around the mouthpiece, and hold that breath for 10 seconds to allow spray to get right into lungs. Then repeat after a minute's pause, and take sip of water afterwards to clear your mouth out or you can get irritation at the back of your throat.

    Hope you get sorted out

Last night I was in a right state...couldn't walk anywhere so phoned out of hours doc who just said it was the CI and to stop smoking...not a lot of help after the week I've had  This is after I've just about taken the max of the blue one. So I figure if I want to be mobile today that's what I'll do....no other choice....and quitting smoking has been delayed by a w/e to allow for sleep restoration :D

Now I have another prob:p. You remember the burn on thigh from 2 weekends ago? (the coffee bender w/e) - well, I took the dressing off after 2 days to find a whopping blister (which burst) and then like let it scab over. Now it's oozing and beginning to get sore..(it's already been itching)....oozing all the time pretty much during the day....least little movement/pressure on there and it oozes....and the stuff is like yellow with red in it...WHEN do I get it checked out again? (bearing in mind am allergic to the shower proof dressings so have been reluctant just so I can get in the bath :p)

    Good morning all.

Busy day ahead. Watching england win later as well as trying to watch the grand prix at the same time plus visit relatives.
Before all that taking a mate shopping as a favour. We'll be at the shops door for 10am! So best go jump in the shower.
Wonder whether to put a (free) bet on the game?

Have a good sunny day all.

Hey what do I know about footie :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I am NO JOCK LOL...am a brit and proud of it :). I just think (maybe this is my error more than yours..) that Germany are the better side and what with rooney being a revamped Gazza in need of a trip to the Priory I don't think we have much chance..

Not really bothered about football...Glad Murray made it through last night..was listening on the radio :)

A Good Morning from the North Country, from handyman. All this Talk of Kitchens, Decorating and flat pack furniture. Sounds like handyman could find extra work here.

I am a typical tradesman, I still have to put skirting boards back, finish the porch and wiring from the rebuild I did 3 years ago. I know a joiner that hasn't had any doors in his house for 5 years. When you are doing these dort of things every day you dont feel like doing them in your down time.

Reminds me I must sort out the patch of weeds I call my garden. I tell Lady Hooray I'm letting it grow wild to encourage wildlife.

I will look in again later, cheers handy.

Handy, if you ever get bored at Hooray Hall let me know - I've got weeks of work for you to do up here!:rotfl::rotfl: we're doing up a room at a time on a small budget so it's very slow which is frustrating because naturally we want everything done instantly but then we look in the decoration pot where we put our change and see there's only £1.62 and then we realise why it takes so long! :rotfl::rotfl:
