Has anyone else come across this organisation? I think I might have just been stupid expecting it to be a site like this (free advice and updates and voucher codes etc) but before you know where you are they are taking £10 a month out of your bank account. All I did was buy two tickets for a musical from Ticketmaster and I ended up £10 worse off. Maybe I didn't read all the information but it's more likley that the fact it cost £10 a month was well hidden in the text. the first month is free btw.

Ticketmaster seem to have shared with the above orgainsation my name, postal address, email adress and password; all this info was quoted in the welcome email I received. I haven't been able to contact anyone at Ticketmaster. Their FAQs send you round in circles and never give an email address and the customer helpline tell me its not their problem.

Maybe I am just stupid but I feel so angry I though I ought to warn others of the pitfalls of buying from Ticketmaster and then signing up for something that isn't what it seems
